About Public Storage

This Public Storage site in Canton Township covers RV, boat and car parking in covered, indoor and outdoor spots. The lot is gated and lit, and you get into it with a keypad or electronic gate. Access runs around the clock, so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. Drive up access is available too. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 345 of them, and a lot of people single out the staff. One reviewer praises Jacob for a quick, clear rental process, another credits Dawny for being patient and kind. Others describe a clean facility and a quick move-in. The complaints are about price: some renters say their monthly rate jumped after a few months with no notice, and a few describe trouble getting a callback from a call center rather than a person on site. The location is wheelchair accessible, with an entrance and parking lot that both work for chairs. Online eRental lets you skip the counter if you'd rather handle the paperwork from your phone.
