About Public Storage
Public Storage on NC 55 Highway in Cary runs a self-storage facility with indoor, climate controlled units of a few sizes. Some units sit on the ground floor. Others are upper level with elevator access. There are also outside units with drive up access and vehicle parking for rigs you'd rather not park at home. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the place is. People mention the well-lit property late at night and the coded entry, and they say they feel safe inside and outside the building. Staff get named a lot, especially Debra and Brenda, for walking people through rentals and unit transfers without rushing them. One reviewer did flag a rent increase of almost 100 percent over a year and felt the company wasn't great for small businesses. Worth reading the reviews yourself. The facility is open 24/7, and you can rent online and go straight to your unit.
