About Public Storage
Public Storage on Kenya Street in Cedar Hill handles RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots. The lot is gated, lit, and has cameras, though one reviewer said the cameras weren't working when their unit was broken into. Most people, however, mention the staff by name. Vee gets shout-outs for calling ahead, offering a tour, and even sweeping out a unit before move-in. Reserving online is free and you can skip the counter with eRental. Drive-up access helps if you're pulling a trailer. The place is wheelchair accessible. Some reviewers have complained about rent increases and unreturned calls, so that's worth knowing. With 268 Google reviews and a 4.7 rating, the kind staff and clean facilities come up a lot. It's a solid option if you want a straightforward spot with people who seem to care.
