About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Western Branch Blvd in Chesapeake handles RVs along with regular self-storage. You can pick between indoor and outdoor spots, and the lot sits behind the Grand Furniture store, so it's easy to miss the first time. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Roy gets named a lot for being direct and helpful, and Karen and Arryan show up too for good service. People also say the property is clean and well maintained, and payments and rentals can be done online. One reviewer felt safe even after dark and called the prices fair. The place is open 24/7 for access, which helps if you need to get your rig at odd hours. Not every review is glowing. One person found water damage and mold in a unit and was unhappy with the refund policy, so it's worth checking your space before you sign.
