About Public Storage
Public Storage in Chester keeps things simple. It's a self-storage spot that also handles RVs, boats and cars, with covered, indoor and outdoor options. The gate is electronic and keypad-controlled, and you can get in any time, day or night. There's an on-site manager and drive-up access on some units. Reviewers often mention Patrick, Brittany and Robin by name, saying they're patient and helpful, especially when online booking gets confusing. The property is generally described as clean and well kept, though one long-term renter said the hallways aren't always the cleanest. Online rental gets frequent praise for letting people skip the counter. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer warns that rent can jump sharply after the initial agreement, and another reported a leaking ceiling, mold and mice. Most of the 256 reviews are positive, with a 4.7 average.
