About Public Storage
This Chicago Public Storage handles more than boxes. The unit list runs from small 5x5 inside spaces up to 10x25 drive-up units marked for boats or vehicles, plus 10x20 spots for vehicle parking. If you are parking a rig, the drive-up rollup door layout is the part worth noting. Access is 24/7, and there is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. You can rent online and skip the counter, or walk in and talk to someone. Reviews lean heavily on the staff: Stephanie comes up often for walking people through the process and explaining things clearly, and LaQuisha gets credit for being helpful and keeping the property well kept. One reviewer had a rough visit over a 10x20 rental, so it is not all praise. The place reads clean and organized, with packing supplies on hand. The 4.8 rating across 428 reviews says most people leave satisfied.
