About Public Storage
This Chicago Public Storage on West Van Buren is a big, multi-floor building with elevators, loading docks and moving carts, so hauling stuff up isn't the workout it could be. Units run from 10x10 up to 10x25, and some are climate controlled. Access is 24/7. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, calling them patient and knowledgeable, and the move-in process smooth. Parking is wheelchair accessible, and there's a moving supply store on site. Locks are available at a price, with a refund process one reviewer called simple. Not every review is glowing. Some people complain about garage doors and elevators breaking, and a few say their rate went up after the introductory period. Others bring up locked stair doors. Worth knowing before you sign. Overall it holds a 4.6 from over 400 reviews.
