About Public Storage
This Colorado Springs Public Storage sits on Delta and handles self-storage along with covered parking for rigs and other vehicles. The gate is open around the clock, so you can get to your stuff when it suits you, not the office. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the company says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Melanie, Tim, Gloria and Anthony all get named for walking customers through the process, answering questions, and being patient. One first-time renter said Tim calmed his worries about theft and got him into a unit the same day. Another liked Gloria's advice on protecting stored items. A few mention the neighborhood looks a little odd but say it did not bother them. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about rudeness, a lock charge, and access trouble after hours. Read the reviews and see if it fits.
