Public Storage, 1326 Dublin Rd

About Public Storage

Public Storage on Columbus's west side is a self-storage facility that also handles RVs, boats and cars. You'll find covered, indoor and outdoor spots, and the place is gated with cameras and lit for after-dark access. The gate uses a keypad, and you can get in 24/7. Reviewers often mention the staff. Pam gets shoutouts for walking people through questions, and the front desk crew is known for answering questions. The facility itself is described as clean, and people call it a safe place to keep their things. Some recent reviews mention a broken elevator and a loading zone issue, so it's worth checking current conditions if you're hauling a big rig. There's drive-up access for vehicles and a moving supply store on site. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the app helps with account setup and checkout. The whole place is wheelchair accessible. With 283 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, it's a solid option to check out.
