About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage on Concord Avenue, and the reviews keep coming back to the people. Tammi and Sandy get named by reviewers who say they answered questions, walked them through setup, and made the process easy. One customer wrote that Tammi called after noticing a name in the system and helped with a unit upgrade. Reviewers describe the grounds as clean and secure, and a few mention the online portal. One said setting up an account online gave them trouble until a manager called and walked them through it. Another liked being able to handle the move-in without standing at a counter.
