About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Dallas and rents drive-up units with rollup doors, so you can pull right up to your space. The largest units, 10x20 and 10x30, are listed for vehicle parking, and the 10x30 takes a boat or vehicle. One reviewer noted the location does not have climate-controlled units, so keep that in mind for an RV. Reviewers keep bringing up Tay, the staff member who handles a lot of the front-counter work. They describe her as friendly and professional, and several mention she followed up after their visit. One review says she helped find a nearby property with climate control when this one could not meet that need. Others call the property clean and organized and say getting a unit was simple. The office has posted hours and is not open around the clock. The site is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Online rental is offered, so you can skip the counter and go straight to your unit.
