About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Dallas and runs the usual mix: climate-controlled inside units on the first floor or upstairs by elevator, plus outside drive-up units if you'd rather pull right in. Book online through eRental and skip the counter on move-in day. The company says it has been at this for nearly 50 years. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and one manager by name. Angel gets called friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and one reviewer credits her with sorting out confusing charges. Another mentions Rose handling a billing issue patiently. The help isn't always right there, as one person notes you have to catch employees around, but when you do they tend to sort things out. People also mention a small cart for hauling things, clean and well-kept grounds, and an easy rental process. When the elevators went down, one tenant says the manager helped them move out. Rating sits at 4.7 across 482 reviews.
