About Public Storage
Public Storage on this Dallas lot has a 4.8 rating from 533 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Iris, Renee, and Krystal are singled out for being kind, answering questions, and making the rental process easy. One reviewer said Iris goes above and beyond to handle issues quickly. Another called Renee one of the best managers they've met. The facility itself gets consistent praise for being clean and well maintained, with cameras on site. Reviewers mention the lease process and how staff help with questions. Not every review is positive. One person complained the office was never open during business hours and that the on-site manager was unreliable. That's a minority view, but it's there. This is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, including RVs and boats. Online rental lets you skip the counter. The location is wheelchair accessible. Call ahead to confirm office hours and availability for RV spaces.
