About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Daly City and rents inside units reached by elevator, with rollup or swing doors depending on the space. Sizes run from small 5x5 up to a large 10x15. The company has been in the storage business for decades and offers online eRental if you want to skip the counter. Reviews are mixed, and rent comes up most. Some tenants say rates went up with little notice, including one jump of 36 percent after the facility changed hands. Others describe units smelling damp, worse after winter rains, and front-desk coverage that was hit or miss on weekends. The staff get steady praise. Reviewers name Theresa and Arvin Obra for helping them sort out payments and get moved in. The place scores 4.0 from 80 Google reviews. Call ahead if you need a specific unit type or want to confirm office hours before hauling your rig over.
