About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Decatur and rents indoor units plus outside drive-up spaces, including a 10x20 with vehicle parking. Access is open 24/7, and cameras are on site. Boats are mentioned too, so there is room for more than a car. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Catherine gets named for patience and fixing a unit problem, and Kelsey for walking people through move-in. Politeness comes up again and again across the 681 reviews, which average 4.8 stars. Not every review is warm. One person reported a break-in and said the cameras were not working at the time. Another found mold and water damage from roof holes, plus rat droppings, and was unhappy about no prorating. Read the recent reviews before you commit. Renting online lets you skip the counter.
