About Public Storage
Public Storage in Del Rey Oaks is a self-storage spot that also handles RVs and boats. It's open 24/7, and the Google rating sits at 4.8 from 279 reviews. Reviewers often bring up the range of unit options, and several mention Dawn, the manager, by name for being friendly and answering questions. One reviewer said the app lets you open the gate without getting out of your car. Others praise the staff for being thorough and the rental process for being easy. A few reviews point out the sloped ground, which can make loading and unloading a chore, and note that prices run high. There's also a mention of the exit gate being left open for a week. Inside units come with rollup or swing doors, and some outside units have drive-up access. If you're parking a rig, the drive-up spots might matter more than the inside ones. It's a mixed bag: strong staff reviews, but some upkeep and cost complaints too.
