About Public Storage
This Detroit Public Storage sits on a lot reviewers describe as clean and easy to walk through. Units are well lit, which comes up more than once in the reviews. It is a self-storage spot that also handles car, boat and RV parking, so there is room for more than boxes. The staff is what people keep writing about. Sonya and Sonja get named for being patient, kind and quick to answer questions. Jodie and Nicole come up too for friendly, helpful service. Reviewers say the sign-up was fast and the walkthrough covered everything they needed. One person called it the best customer service they have had. The facility has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. You can reserve a space online for free, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day. Hours are posted but it is not open around the clock.
