About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Diamond Bar and runs 4.8 stars across more than 400 Google reviews. Reviewers keep naming Adrian, who they say walked them through the rental, sorted out gate issues, and found a unit that fit better than the one they picked online. Candice gets called out too, for being kind and helpful during move-in. People describe the place as clean and well-kept, with a comfortable office and a gate that works through the app for access, payments, and paperwork. Several mention the rates worked for them and that staff explained pricing clearly. Online booking comes up as a way to start the process before you show up. Access is 24/7, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. If you're parking an RV, boat, or car, the staff attention is the part reviewers keep coming back to.
