About Public Storage
Public Storage on your side of Eagan runs a big facility with drive-up and interior units. Reviewers often mention the staff, saying they are helpful and explain things clearly. One person shouted out April by name for being patient. Units range from 10x15 to 10x20, with climate control and elevator access in some buildings. Big rigs fit the drive-up spots, and there are cameras on site. You can reserve online and skip the counter with eRental. Access is 24/7. The place has a 4.7 rating across 527 Google reviews. Not every note is positive. Some renters mention price increases and a slow elevator. Others say the property stays clean and the hallways are tidy. Worth a walk-through before you sign.
