About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Eden Prairie and handles more than household goods. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. Access is gated and keypad-controlled, and the property is lit. Some space is climate controlled, and 24/7 access is available. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Several name employees like Tom, John and Elizabeth for being patient and knowing their stuff. Others mention quick setup, clean units and problems getting handled. The easier rental process and boat storage come up too. Not everyone is sold. A couple of reviews describe reservation mix-ups and frustration over late fees and lock cutting. Worth reading the full reviews before you book. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and online rental is an option if you want to skip the counter.
