About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Elk Grove and rents climate-controlled units, including 10x10 and 10x20 sizes, some inside and some with ground-floor access. You can set up a rental online and skip the counter. Pricing changes come up in reviews, so read the contract terms before you sign. Reviewers single out the staff, naming Stephanie, Lupe and Lisa as helpful and accommodating. People also call the place clean and easy to move around in, and the carts get a mention. A few describe it as safe, and the property manager gets credit for taking care of long-term customers. One reviewer hit a snag: an elevator out of service left their second-floor unit hard to reach, though they were credited some money. If your unit is upstairs, it is worth asking about elevator status before move-in day. Rating sits at 4.5 from 51 Google reviews.
