About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Old Waterloo Road in Elkridge, and it handles more than just household overflow. The unit list includes outdoor spots with rollup doors and drive-up access, and the 10x20 and 10x30 sizes are set up for vehicle or boat parking. There are indoor units too, if you would rather keep your rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jamie gets named more than once for walking people to their units and sorting out lock problems on the spot. Others mention a smooth rental process, clean and spacious units, and a crew that cleared snow so people could still get to their things. One longer review complained about a rent increase after the first year, and noted bugs in the indoor hallways. Access runs 24/7. The grounds are gated, and the office is wheelchair accessible. Call ahead if you need a specific size since the inventory shifts.

What renters mention
“The staffs with Public Storage in Elkridge are very incredible.” – Samuel J., 9 months ago, on Google
“This is a great public storage location. We have had several snow storms over the past month, and this property has done a great job of cleaning the snow so the units are still accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful.” – Jillian K., 7 months ago, on Google
“I must say was becoming very disappointed with the billing. After the first year my bill increased nearly 30%. I know some of this is due to inflation—I get that, but 30%!” – Jamil M., 7 months ago, on Google
