About Public Storage
This Public Storage on First Avenue in Evansville handles more than boxes. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. Access is through an electronic gate and keypad, and the property is lit and open 24/7. One detail comes up in reviews: there's a pinpad you have to get out of your vehicle to use going in and out. A reviewer found that annoying at first, then decided it helps identify who's coming and going. Others point to Jami, the on-site manager, who gets called helpful, patient and quick to follow up. Renting gets mixed notes. Several people describe the process as simple and praise the staff. One reviewer warns that rates went up over time, so read your agreement. The complex draws comments for being clean, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Reviews sit at 4.7 from 459 ratings.
