About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Merrilee Drive in Fairfax and handles more than the usual boxes and furniture. The unit list runs from 10x10 mediums up to 10x30 outside spots with drive-up access, and those larger ones are marked for boats and vehicles. Several 10x15, 10x20 and 10x25 units are climate controlled and inside the building. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Malik, the property manager, comes up by name more than once, and reviewers describe him walking through the charges until things made sense. Brian and Melissa get credit for matching people to the right size and keeping the paperwork simple. Cleanliness comes up too, along with clear explanations at move-in. Not every review is warm. A few renters describe billing problems after moving out and a gate that locked them in past 9pm despite paying for 24/7 access. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible and has an online rental option.
