About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Fairfax and handles more than household overflow. Covered, indoor and outdoor spaces are listed, and the services cover RV storage, boat storage and car storage. Gate access uses a keypad, the lot is lit, and tenants can get in around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 552 ratings, and the staff come up often. Ram and Michael get named for making moves quick, and Robert earns praise for being professional and helpful when something goes wrong. Reviewers also mention quick setup and clean units. The same reviews carry warnings. One long-term renter watched their rate climb well past the starting price while new customers were quoted less. Another notes potholes, uneven pavement and carts that were often broken or locked up outside office hours. Worth a walk around before you sign.
