About Public Storage
Fairfield's Public Storage on the west side handles RVs, boats, and vehicles alongside regular self-storage. You can pull right up to drive-up units, and some of the larger ones are set aside for boats or vehicles. Indoor options are available too if you want your rig out of the weather. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Stephanie and Mikayla come up again and again for answering questions, walking people through the rental process, and being patient when things get complicated. One reviewer said Mikayla made getting a unit easy. Another appreciated that the site was clean with no trash around. A few people have complained about rate increases and reaching a live person, so it's worth asking about both upfront. Access is 24/7, and the office has posted hours. The place has a 4.8 rating from over 400 Google reviews.

“Stephanie did an asome job for me. Provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. Every time I come here I realize she is an assistant to your company. And she goes above great customer service.” – Fred S., 4 months ago, on Google
“Stephanie was awesome, she worked with me to resolve a issue. She kept her perfessionalism at all times even with me being very upset. Its difficult to find good employees that are knowledgeable and professional to help with issues.” – James C., 7 months ago, on Google
“Stephanie has a gem to work with she has she knows her stuff. She helped me over the phone and also helped me in person and she needs a raise and she’s a wonderful person inside and out just by meeting her.” – Gwendolyn T., 4 months ago, on Google
