About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Farmers Branch and rents climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, from 10x15 up to 10x25. Some are on the ground floor, others you reach by elevator, and a few sit close to the door or elevator. The place is wheelchair accessible, with an entrance and parking that work for people who need them. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People name David, Candy, Candie and Ryan, describing them as patient and friendly and saying they took time to explain how things worked. One reviewer said Ryan reviewed their account and worked with them on the monthly rate. Others mention a secure facility with security cameras and a safe environment, plus moving carts and a dock area that made a move easier. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and an eRental option lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. The company says it has offered the same personal attention for nearly 50 years. It's a new facility, so if you've driven past recently, that may be why.
