About Public Storage
Public Storage on the east side of Fayetteville runs a clean facility with climate-controlled units in sizes from 5x5 up to 10x20. Some units are on the ground floor, others are inside with elevator access. Reviewers mention the place staying clean and feeling safe. The staff get a lot of love in reviews. Julia, Tammy, and Jessica are named for being patient, friendly, and quick to answer questions. One reviewer said the help felt like family. Another mentioned a panic call about an elevator outage that got answered early in the morning. A few reviewers flagged rate increases after moving in, so ask about pricing terms when you reserve. The rental process itself gets called easy, and online eRental lets you skip the counter. The facility has set hours rather than 24-hour access.
