About Public Storage
On Gold Hill Road in Fort Mill, this Public Storage handles self-storage and lists RV, boat and auto storage among its categories. Units listed here are inside, climate controlled, and range from 10x15 to 10x25, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Entry is allowed around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Dawn and Honesty come up by name for walking people through units, setting up the app and showing where things are. One disabled veteran noted a unit close to the loading area mattered and got it. Others mention clean buildings and units, carts for moving day, and a smooth rental. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter who was there before Public Storage took over had a bad experience with the transition and says not to trust them. That one sits against a 4.8 rating across 256 reviews. If you want the full picture, it's worth reading both sides before you reserve.
