About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Fort Worth and handles more than household goods. Storage types listed here include self-storage, automobile storage, boat storage and RV storage. The unit list runs from small 5x5 inside spaces to large 10x30 outside units with drive-up access, so there is room for a rig that needs to pull right up. Access is 24/7, and the property is wheelchair accessible with parking on site. Reviews point to the staff more than anything else. Mary, the property manager, gets named for handling situations quickly and professionally. Hannah at the Hemphill facility is called helpful and kind by more than one reviewer. Sherry and Karen come up too, along with the building being large and clean and easy to reach from the highway. The rating sits at 4.7 from 366 Google reviews. Not every review is glowing. One person had a rough experience with a 10x35 unit and found maneuvering larger trucks difficult. Another described a drawn-out dispute. Worth reading a few before you book.
