About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Fort Worth handles more than just household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots so you can pick what suits your rig. It's gated with keypad access and lighting, and there's an on-site manager. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Cassandra and Ebony come up for being kind and patient, answering questions and walking people through the paperwork. One person said the process was smooth and stress-free. Another appreciated a quick turnaround before closing time. A few folks note that calls can route to a call center, so if you want to talk to someone locally, it might be worth stopping by in person. The place has a 4.8 rating from over 900 reviews, which says a lot about how they treat people. Online rental is available if you'd rather skip the counter.
