About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the north side of Fort Worth offers climate-controlled indoor units with elevator access. Sizes range from 5x10 to 10x20, some near the door or elevator. The facility is lit and accessible 24/7. Reviewers often mention the staff. Jacob and Chrissy get named for walking people through the rental process and checking on them during moves. One reviewer had a rough first visit with an employee but stayed after Jacob helped. Another called the facility clean and secure. Not every review is positive. One person noted the restrooms were out of service and dirty. If you need a unit, the online eRental option lets you skip the counter. Moving supplies are available on site.
