About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Fremont and rents outside drive-up units in a range of sizes, from 5x5 up to 10x30, plus a small inside unit on the first floor. The bigger drive-up spaces are the ones to look at for a rig you want to pull straight in. Access is 24/7, and the lot is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Ashley and Roxane get named again and again for walking people through the move-in, showing a unit before they commit, and keeping the property tidy. One long-time renter says Ashley greets her with a smile. Others describe the move-in as easy and the pricing as fair for an outside unit. Not every review is glowing. One person wrote about a lock being changed on their unit and trouble reaching anyone by phone during posted hours. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you sign. Online rental lets you skip the counter.
