About Public Storage
Public Storage runs a self-storage spot in Fremont that also takes RVs and boats, with indoor units among the options. The gates are open 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviews mention clean units and a secure property, and the upkeep gets noticed too. The staff come up again and again in the reviews, and for good reason. People describe Lisa, LP, and Maricela as polite, informative, and patient with questions. One reviewer said the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Several call out the customer service as the reason they stay, even when the rent isn't the cheapest around. Units sit on the ground floor, and many have rollup doors with drive-up access, which helps if you're pulling something long. A few are inside with swing doors. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter. Worth a look if you're near Fremont.
