About Public Storage
Public Storage on the north side of Gaithersburg runs both indoor units and outdoor parking spots. If you need to park an RV or boat, there's a large uncovered drive-up space for that. For anything that fits inside, climate-controlled units in a few sizes are on the ground floor with rollup doors. The place is open 24/7 for access, and reviewers often mention the staff by name. Wendy gets called out for being friendly and clear, and Joseph for staying calm and getting people into the right unit fast. People also say the facility is clean and well-organized. Booking online is an option, and many reviewers had a smooth time with it. A few note that unit availability can shift, so it helps to confirm before you drive over. The overall rating sits at 4.7 from more than 600 reviews.
