About Public Storage
Public Storage in Glen Carbon has covered and outdoor parking for RVs and boats, plus indoor climate-controlled units if you need to keep gear out of the weather. Reviews mention cameras and a clean facility more than anything else, so security and upkeep seem to be the priorities here. Staff get shout-outs for being helpful. One reviewer said an employee walked out to a unit to check if their Jeep would fit. Another mentioned quick paperwork and fair pricing on a collector car space. Not every review is glowing: a couple of people had trouble reaching the office during posted hours, and one complained about a rent increase on a covered unit. The site offers drive-up access on many spaces and sells moving supplies. Reservations can be made online, and the facility is wheelchair accessible. It's a straightforward spot with a strong overall rating, though it's worth confirming office hours before you drive over.
