About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Golden and rents both indoor units and drive-up outside units with rollup doors. Some of the outside spaces are set up for vehicle parking, and the largest are marked for boats or vehicles. Access is 24/7, so you are not working around a gate schedule. The reviews land around 4.5 stars across 378 of them, and the staff gets most of the credit. Reviewers name John, the manager, over and over, for answering questions and for helping when a lock gave them trouble, including a couple of out-of-state customers who said he got them out of a bind. People also mention clean units and booking online instead of coming into the office. The complaints are about money. Several reviewers say the rate went up more than once, and one counted five increases in two years. If you book, ask how the pricing works before you sign.
