Public Storage, 109 S Cranford Rd

About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Goose Creek and offers climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, from 10x10 up to 10x25. Some are inside with elevator access, others on the ground floor, and a few sit near a door or elevator if you'd rather not walk far. The property is open 24/7, and you can reserve online and use eRental to head straight to your unit. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. Rhonda comes up by name, and people describe her as quick, efficient and helpful, including one customer who got a unit sorted just before closing. Others mention an easy rental process, clean units and a clean property. A few note it was hot inside during their visit. Worth knowing before you sign: several reviewers say their rates went up, one by 49 percent after four months, another more than doubling over about a year. A couple also mention unit doors left open with no one on site. The rating is high, but read the recent reviews on pricing and access before committing.
