About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Greensboro and offers indoor climate-controlled units plus outdoor drive-up spaces, including vehicle parking. The lot is bright and gated, with cameras on site and 24/7 access. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and head straight to your unit. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. One customer said an employee fixed a wrong-unit booking with a single phone call and walked her to the space on arrival. Others describe a clean, secure facility that was easy to get into and straightforward to rent. Other reviewers tell a rougher story. Several say their rent jumped sharply after a few months, in one case nearly doubling, and a few call the climate control uneven across the building. If you rent here, read the rate terms closely before you sign and ask which spaces have working climate control.
