About Public Storage
Public Storage in Grove City handles RVs, boats, and cars with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots. The lot is gated and lit, and you can get in 24/7 with a keypad. There's drive-up access, so you pull right up to your space. The office sells moving supplies if you need them. Reviewers often mention the staff. Heather and Angela get named for sorting out problems and walking people through rentals. One reviewer said the manager went above and beyond. Others call the team polite and helpful. Not every review is positive. Some complain about box trucks blocking the lanes, making it hard to get around. A few say rent went up without notice or that downsizing meant paying again. The rating sits at 4.4 from 391 reviews, so most people are satisfied, but read the recent ones before you commit.
