About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Groveport, Ohio, and it handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor and outdoor spaces cover RVs, boats and cars, and the gate is electronic with keypad entry. The place is open 24/7, so you can pull in when it suits you. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Kelly gets named more than once for being pleasant and helpful with questions, and repeat renters say the spaces stay clean and management is flexible about switching unit sizes. A few note the location is easy to drive past if you aren't watching for it, and there is no onsite manager; the office is a couple of miles away. The elevator draws mixed comments: one reviewer found it small for a dining table, another called it rickety. RV and boat owners get gated access and lit grounds, plus a self storage app and free reservation with no commitment.
