About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Hamilton Township and rents both indoor and outdoor units, including drive-up spaces. The property is gated and lit, with 24/7 access, and some units are climate controlled. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Amy gets named again and again for walking people through the process, answering questions, and giving tours. People describe the rental as easy and the employees as patient and kind. It is rated 4.9 across 741 Google reviews. One recent reviewer had a different experience after heavy snow: the entrance and roads had not been cleared, and their car got stuck inside the facility. Worth knowing if you are heading over after a storm. Otherwise, the feedback is steady and warm, the kind of place where people feel comfortable leaving their property.
