About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Happy Valley, Oregon, and it handles more than just household overflow. The unit list includes outdoor drive-up spaces and enclosed 10x20 units, plus vehicle parking, so there is room for a rig or a boat alongside the smaller 5x10 and 10x10 options. Both indoor and outdoor storage show up in the mix. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One calls the manager friendly and caring, another praises Chad for cleaning up outside and walking them through unit sizes and rates. A mover mentions getting full attention at the counter, and one visitor with a dead battery got a jump box from the manager. The property gets called clean and neat more than once, and the setup process comes up as quick. Not every review is glowing. One tenant reported rats and damaged belongings, along with trouble getting access to document it. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
