About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Hauppauge handles self-storage, and its listing also covers automobile, boat, and RV storage. Units include climate control, and some are on the ground floor or near the elevator. Access is available 24/7. Reviewers consistently praise the staff by name. Gissell, Arielissa (the manager), Brittany, and Ari come up for being friendly, thorough, and quick to resolve issues. One reviewer called it a lifetime-customer experience. Others mention the facility is clean and secure, with easy access. Not every review is perfect. A three-star note flags a bump at the entrance that sends carts jolting, sometimes spilling belongings. It's worth knowing if you're rolling heavy items in and out.
