About Public Storage
Public Storage in Hawthorne offers outdoor storage for RVs and other vehicles. The facility is wheelchair accessible and has climate-controlled units if you need to store smaller items. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the site is open during set hours, not 24/7. Reviewers often mention Jasmine, the manager, for being helpful and friendly. They say she explains lease terms clearly and makes the move-in process smooth. The location is described as clean and safe, and staff assist with last-minute size changes and lock issues. One reviewer filed a complaint about a unit condition and employee treatment, so experiences can vary.
