About Public Storage

This Public Storage on the Hayward side of the bay handles more than boxes. The lot takes RVs, boats and cars, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots listed. It's gated with keypad and electronic gate access, and the grounds are lit. Drive up access makes backing a rig in less of a project. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Dan gets named for walking people through available units and finding a fit. Daisy is praised for explaining pricing honestly and doing walk throughs before anyone signs. Mutaz gets credit for staying calm while juggling a phone customer, a transaction and a security issue at once. Kind is the word that shows up most in 537 Google reviews, which average 4.7. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your space. Reserving is free with no commitment. An on site manager is there during staffed hours, not around the clock. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Boat and business storage are also offered on site.
