About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Hazelwood and rents both indoor units and outdoor parking spots. RV and boat owners can take the drive-up parking, and there are enclosed 10x20 spots plus smaller 5x5 and 5x10 inside units if you need room for gear. Access is 24/7. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Brandon gets named a lot for being patient and walking people through the process without rushing. Rachel shows up too, credited with fixing a reservation mix-up and explaining each step. Others mention the property staying clean and well-maintained, and one long-time customer says the crew has been accommodating every time. The rating sits at 4.8 across more than 600 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage lot. Reserving online is free and doesn't lock you in, and eRental lets you skip the counter on move-in day. It's a self-storage facility first, so expect a standard counter experience rather than an RV-only yard.
