About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland, and it handles more than household boxes. The unit list includes outside drive-up spaces sized for vehicles and boats, including a 10x30 labeled for a boat or vehicle, plus indoor units reached by elevator. Access runs around the clock, and the property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and parking lot. Reviews lean heavily on one person: customers keep naming Trixie for how quickly she handles problems and how clearly she explains the rental process. Reviewers also call the property neat and organized, and several mention the drive-up option as the reason they signed. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and an eRental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day. The company says it has been giving personal attention for nearly 50 years. Online reviews average 4.9 across more than 1,000 ratings.
