About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Hollywood Park side of San Antonio handles RVs, boats and cars along with regular household units. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all mentioned here, and the lot is gated with keypad entry. An on-site manager keeps an eye on things. The place earns a 4.8 from 340 Google reviews, and the staff come up often. Reviewers name Denise and Kassie for being patient and helpful, and one mentions a manager stepping in to sort out a rate increase. Several people point to new units and a clean property. It is not all glowing. One reviewer reported roof leaks, bugs and mice, and bad seals on the garage doors, and moved out. Worth a close look at any unit before you sign. Drive-up access makes it easier to pull a rig in, and you can rent online through the app. Open weekdays with set hours, not 24/7.
