About Public Storage
Public Storage on John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover is a self-storage facility that also handles RVs, boats, and cars. It's gated and lit, with 24/7 access and keypad entry, so you can get to your rig when you need to. The place has drive-up access, which makes dropping off or picking up a bigger vehicle less of a project. Reviewers often mention the staff. Katrina and Casey come up by name for being helpful and quick to respond, and one person said they got a tour before renting. The elevators get called a life saver, and people describe the facility as clean and easy to set up. Not every review is positive, though: one person had a problem with heat and mold in a climate-controlled unit, so it's worth asking about conditions for your specific space. The company has been around nearly 50 years and offers online rental and a mobile app. If you're comparing storage around Birmingham, a few reviewers said the prices here were reasonable.
